Ruger Has Pepper Spray – Perfect for Juniors

Juniors have to be 21 years old before they can get a Concealed Carry Weapons permit. In many states juniors can NOT have a firearm in their possession without the written permission of their parent or guardian. However, in most states this does not apply to pepper spray.
